摘    要:首先用葡萄糖和AgNO3在水热条件下合成了表面富含活性官能团的Ag@C微球模板,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,通过表面沉积和模板氧化脱除制得了直径为400nm左右的载银TiO2空心微球结构,在紫外光照射条件下以亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解为探针反应考察了空心结构的光催化活性。利用透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT—IR)和紫外-可见光谱(UV—Vis)等手段对产品形貌结构和组成进行了分析表征。通过调控焙烧温度和Ag的沉积优化了TiO2的光利用率、TiO2的晶粒尺寸和相组成,提高了Ag/TiO2多孔空心球的光催化活性。

Abstract:Firstly, Ag@ C core-shell micro-spheres templates with rich active functional groups on their surface were syn- thesized under hydrothermal condition using glucose and AgNO3 as starting materials. Then, with Ti (OC4H9 )4 as precursor, Ag deposited TiO2 hollow spheres ( Ag/TiO2 ) that of diamater is about 400 nm were synthesized by surface deposition and template oxidation removal stage and its photo-catalytic activities were investigated with photo-catalytic degradation of methyl blue under UV - light irradiation. By using TEM, XRD, FT - IR, and UV - Vis etc. , structures, morphologies, and compositions of the samples were characterized. Via adjusting calcining temperature and deposition of Ag, photo utilization ratio, grain size, and phase composition of TiO2 were optimized respectively, and photo-catalytic activities of Ag/TiO2 hollow spheres were improved.
