在中国实施合作项目面临着高度不确定的环境和项目的内、外风险。项目的内部风险主要来自项目的参与各方 ,项目组可以通过有效措施来降低它的发生概率。本文针对中国经济过渡时期的特点 ,建议了一套适合项目内部风险评估的方法 ,推荐了某些评估风险事件的相关图表 ,为实施中国合作项目的风险管理提供依据和参考

Study of Internal Risk in Joint Project

The implementation of China joint projects is confronted with an environment of high degree of uncertainty and the internal and external risks concern with project.Internal risks,as a rule,arise from project participants,a project team has a real possibility to reduce the probability of internal risk onset through some effective measures.Considering those characteristics regard with the economic transition,a set of method suitable for internal project risk assessment in China is built,some useful charts concerning the risk events assessment are recommended,in order to provide some bases and references for the implement of joint venture project in China.
