| 摘 要： | 去年夏天爆发的美国次贷危机发展到今天，已经演变成为百年一遇的国际金融危机。对于次贷危机产生的原因，人们往往从金融机构风险管理与金融监管中的技术性缺陷方面来寻找根源，笔者试图从另外的视角来分析次贷危机产生的深层原因及其影响。

| Abstract: | Last summer, the outbreak of sub-prime mortgage crisis in the United States has become in- ternational financial crisis once-in the evolution. Generally, the causes of sub-prime mortgage crisis had been re-examined from financial institution's risk management and technical defects of financial supervi- sion. This article tried to analyze the deep cause and its impact of sub-prime mortgage crisis from differ- ent perspective. Furthermore, it put forward a new inspiration for China's financial supervision. |
