| 摘 要： | 本文在总结国内关于劳动关系评价指标体系构建的相关研究的基础上,运用定量的分析方法,建立了和谐社会劳动评价指标体系,进而对甘肃2001年至2006年的相关数据从职工工资增长状况、劳动者就业状况、培训机构发展状况、工会发展水平、社会保障状况和劳动争议状况六个方面进行评价,认为甘肃在提高就业率、缩小各行业职工工资差距、扩大社会保障覆盖面、减少劳动争议发生率方面存在一定的问题。

| Abstract: | In summing up the related research of the establishment of evaluation index system for harmonious labor relation,this article is trying to exam index system of harmonious social labor relation based on the data of Gansu from 2001 to 2006 by using quantitative analysis method.The evaluation of index system for harmonious social labor relation includes six aspects,i.e.wage growth,employment of workers,development of training institutions,development of trade unions,level of social security,and state of labor dispute.The result shows that there are some problems in raising the employment rate,to narrow the trade between the wages gap of workers in different industries,and to expand the coverage of social security,and to reduce labor dispute. |
