On Two-factor Theory from Prospect Theory |

| Abstract: | The analysis of two-factor theory from the view of prospect theory shows that the editing result of hygiene factor is equal to the loss;the feeling of it is equal to the negative value and the motivation factor is equal to the income;the feeling of it is equal to the positive value. |
