河北省可持续发展态势及改善策略研究

可持续发展已经成为我国经济社会发展的核心概念、中轴原理和首选战略。长三角、珠三角和京津冀地区的人类发展指数和生态投入指数矩阵的结果表明,京津冀属不可持续发展态势。京、津、冀发展指数和可持续指数矩阵对比表明,河北省属于欠可持续发展态势;河北省11个地级市发展指数和可持续指数矩阵对比表明,基本处于欠可持续和不可持续态势。提高河北省及其地级市的可持续发展水平的路径包括B、C、D和S模式,可持续策略包括确立标杆城市标准和实现路线图;在空间上实施环状发展。

Research on the Sustainable Development Situation and Improvement Strategy of Hebei Province

Sustainable development has become the core concept,central principle and preferred strategy of China’s economic and social development.Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions are investigated via the human development index and ecological input index matrix in this paper.The pertinent results show that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in a state of unsustainable development.The comparison of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei with development index and sustainability index matrix shows that Hebei Province is in a state of under-sustainable development.The comparison of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province shows that they are basically in an unsustainable situation.The path to improve the sustainable development level of Hebei Province and its prefecture level cities includes B,C,D and S models.The sustainable strategy includes establishing the benchmark city standard and realizing the road map,and implementing circular development in space.
