旅游公共服务失配度时空格局演化与形成机理分析——以丝绸之路经济带9省份为例

以丝绸之路经济带9省份为研究区域,构建旅游公共服务评价指标体系,运用健康距离模型和GIS空间分析法研究2008—2017年旅游公共服务失配度的时空格局演化及形成机理。结果表明:(1)时间上,丝绸之路经济带9省份旅游公共服务失配度整体呈下降趋势,且旅游公共服务失配度区域绝对差异减小,相对差异增大;(2)空间上,旅游公共服务由不均衡中度失配向均衡良好水平演进,并呈现"北高南低"的分布格局;(3)影响丝绸之路经济带9省份旅游公共服务失配的因素各异,其形成机理是微观因素和宏观因素共同作用的结果。

Analysis on the Spatio-Temporal Evolution and Formation Mechanism of Tourism Public Service Mismatch:Taking Nine Provinces on the Silk Road Economic Belt as Cases

Taking nine provinces on the Silk Road Economic Belt as the research region,this article constructs the index evaluation system of tourism public service.The health distance model and GIS spatial analysis method are used to research the spatial-temporal pattern evolution and formation mechanism of tourism public service mismatch in nine provinces on the Silk Road Economic Belt during 2008 to 2017.The study found that:(1) From the view of time,the tourism public service mismatch in nine provinces on the Silk Road Economic Belt shows a downward trend as a whole,the absolute difference of tourism public service decreases and the relative difference increases;(2) From the view of space,the tourism public service shows a trend from moderate imbalanced mismatch to well balanced and shows a "north high-south low" pattern;(3) The obstacle factors of tourism public service mismatch in nine provinces on the Silk Road Economic Belt are different and the formation mechanism is caused by the combined effect of micro factors and macro factors.
