| 摘 要： | 本文认为中国的休闲渔业发展正在兴起,而世界一些国家与地区的休闲渔业已经出现了一些问题,例如与商业捕捞业争夺有限的渔业资源、休闲渔业对渔业资源出现了破坏等.如何趋利避害,笔者提出中国休闲渔业发展应注意的几个问题.

| Abstract: | Development of recreational fisheries in China is now growing rapidly. Based on an analysis of the current recreational fisheries situation in China, a comparison is made with the recreational fisheries throughout the world, particularly problems and obstacles, such as competing with commercial fisheries for the fisheries resources, damage to fisheries resources, etc. This paper suggests the effective countermeasures as follows: building up a greater awareness of recreational fisheries; having research on the definition and assessment of recreational fisheries; preparing the short-term and long-term development plans and strategies; implementing new fisheries laws and enhancing their management; supporting the selected policies. |
