| 摘 要： | 当前,由于雇用农民工成本低、住宅开发量分散、缺乏配套的经济技术政策支持、资本市场的支持力度不够、住宅部品工业化水平低、住宅技术缺乏有效的集成和整合等原因,导致我国住宅产业化的程度还很低。为加快我国住宅产业化发展,应推广住宅产业化基地经验,培育住宅产业化实施主体;加强配套政策法规体系建设,改善住宅产业化支持环境;加大住宅产业的研发投入,做好住宅产业化基础工作;推进成套技术集成的应用,突破住宅产业化发展瓶颈。
