| 摘 要： | 我国在新世纪头20年经济建设的主要任务之一，是基本实现工业化。走新型工业化道路是实现工业化和加快现代化建设的必然选择。山西作为我国能源老工业基地的典型代表，如何判断和推进新型工业化道路，尤其具有重要意义。本文运用经济学分析方法从山西新型工业化进程和阶段的评价、判断及相应采取的对策措施等方面，初步探讨下一步山西走新型工业化的思路。
