| 摘 要： | 自1984年9月国家第一批经济技术开发区设立以来,开发区已有20多年的发展历史。伴随着开发区的发展,关于开发区的理论研究也逐步趋于完善和成熟,研究的内容已经涉及到开发区实践中的各个方面。本文主要研究开发区设立的理论基础,开发区的功能效果以及与理论的一致性。
