摘    要:以污泥焚烧残渣、粘土、粉煤灰为原料,考察不同配比条件、焙烧温度对制得砖体特性的影响。研究表明:将污泥焚烧残渣、粘土、粉煤灰按30%、40%、30%质量比混合,在1050℃条件下焙烧6小时,制得的生态砖满足GB5101—2003优等砖要求;除Zn^2+离子外的重金属浸出浓度均低于Ⅰ类地表水标准。

Abstract:The residue from incineration of sewage sludge, fly ash and clay was used as raw material of ecological brick. The influence of mixture ratio and roasting temperature on brick characteristics was studied. When 30%of sludge residue, 40% of clay and 30% of fly ash were blended, and roasted at 1 050 ℃ for 6 hours, the ecological brick can meet the demand of superior brick in GB5101-2003. The leaching concentration of heavy metals exception of Zn^2+ less than the concentration of heavy metals in National Grade Ⅰ.
