| 摘 要： | 对FDI具有直接影响力的并非基础设施投资金额,而是基础设施的数量和质量。于是在一定的财力约束下,对FDI具有确切影响力的应是地方政府的基础设施投资效率。利用数据包络分析方法估计我国31个省份1998年～2006年基础设施投资的相对效率,然后用空间面板回归模型分析基础设施投资效率对吸引FDI的贡献,结果显示：基础设施投资效率对本地区吸引FDI有着显著贡献,基础设施投资效率较高的地区并不挤占相邻地区的FDI。

| Abstract: | Under the restriction of the local financial resource,it is not the amount of money that invest on infrastructure but the efficiency of infrastructure investment that has the direct effects on FDI.So this paper uses the models of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to estimate the efficiency of infrastructure investment by using the panel data of 31 provinces of China from 1998 to 2006.Then we use the spatial panel regression model to measure the impact of this efficiency on the local FDI.The result validates th... |
