| 摘 要： | "零负团费"是旅游市场过度竞争的产物,严重影响了整个旅游行业的健康有序发展。通过对"零负团费"的影响和形成原因的分析,从提升旅行社行业整体水平、强化政府监管、建立导游薪酬制度和培养游客理性消费意识等方面提出治理对策。
