客户关系管理的技术运作平台及其互馈模型

摘    要:流行欧美的客户关系管理(CRM)在实践中往往产生令人失望的结果,技术方案的选择更是使众多企业感到棘手。本文试就客户关系管理成功的基础条件,对构建客户关系管理的技术平台和客户关系管理运作的技术要点等问题作了一定的分析,提出解决客户关系管理技术性问题的几个模块和操作要领。

Abstract:Customer relation management (CRM)which is widely used in Euro-America usually produces the disap-pointing result,the choice of the technique project also makes numerous enterprises feel troubled.Based on successful foundation term of customer relation management ,this paper attempts to made some analyses of setting up the technique terrace for customer relation management and the key techniques to operate it,and puts forward a few moulds and the main theme of operation to resolve the technical problems of the customer relation management.
