摘    要:南京体育学院围绕本科教学质量和人才培养,实施了“有效教学”改革系列工程。文章首先在探索学生实践能力的培养,首先对实践能力是什么进行了界定;其次从培养方案、教学教法、证书教育三个方面,围绕如何培养学生的实践能力进行了深入剖析;最后,从打破专业壁垒、推广能力测试和开展就业调研三个角度提出了进一步的对策与建议。

Reaching on Practice Ability of Students on Effective Teaching -A Case of Sports
Abstract:Abstract:Nanjing Sports Institute took series projects of Effective Teaching reform on the quality of undergraduate teaching and students' training. This article aims to study "practical ability of students. Firstly, effective teaching and practical ability was defined. Secondly, how to develop students" practical ability was analyzed deeply, from three aspects of the training program, teaching teachings certificate education. Finally, further countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, from three aspects of professional barriers, ability testing and employment research.
