| Abstract: | This study probes into the operational practice of the institutional administrative framework(the Party and the Administration)joint responsibility,professor pursuing studies,democratic management,legal administration of the faculty)against to the contemporary background of construction of the modern university system by universities themselves.It aims at finding an effective way to establish the administrative mechanism at the faculty level. |
