| 摘 要： | 近年来，温州经济发展遭遇到了“天花板效应”，亟须创新发展模式。“以民引外，民外合璧”战略的实施，赋予了温州模式新的内涵，打造了温州经济“内源拉动”和“外源拉动”相结合的“双引擎”发展机制．从而把温州现代化进程推向一个新的发展阶段。

| Abstract: | The economic development of Wenshou encountered a series of"negative ceiling effect"for the last years and needs to develop a new model.The implement of the strategy of "Absorbing foreign investment based on Chinese non-government capital and combination of Chinese non-government and foreign capital"has brought substantial content,and created the development mechanism of "dual engines" combined internal with external pulling force,carrying the Wenzhou modernization to a new stage. |
