循环经济与化肥工业的研究与发展

资源的高利用率和循环再利用的兴起和发展推动了当今循环经济的发展。本文从循环经济的理念出发,指出了化肥工业中主要研究的十大问题。同时,按照科学发展观,分析了提高化肥资源理用率的六大观念,并结合国内外发展高利用率的控效肥的现状,提出了三点意见和建议。

Circulation Economy and Development of Fertilizer Industry

The rise and development of high utilization ratio of resources and circle utilization promote the development ofcurrently circulation economy. Starting from the definition and theory of circulation economy, ten main issues for the researchin fertilizer industry are pointed out in this paper. Meanwhile, according to the viewpoint of science development, six con-cepts for increasing the utilization ratio of fertilizer resources are analyzed. Further,combining with the current conditions ofexploiting effect-controlled fertilizer with high utilization ratios of both home and abroad,this paper puts forward threeproposals.
