| 摘 要： | 现有实验室绩效评价方法指标体系存在着一些问题，如不够完善，评价中的主观性和片面性问题无法避免。而在研究和设计实验室绩效评价指标体系的基础上，建立基于BP人工神经网络实验室项目绩效评价模型或许是一个不错的解决途径。实际应用表明，该模型较全面地考虑了实验室项目的各种绩效指标，评价结果较现有传统评价方法更为有效、客观。

| Abstract: | In order to overcome subjectivity and one-sidedness of the tradition method of expert evaluation problems, this paper puts forward an ANN performance evaluation model for laboratory building project based on the systematic index of evaluation. Practical application shows that the performance factors of laboratory project can be described more comprehensively by the model and the result is effective and objective. |
