摘    要:随着知识经济的飞速发展,年终奖作为现代企业激励机制,更具个性化和市场化。它强调分享成功和战略导向,将奖惩激励管理上升到企业的战略层面,通过奖惩策略和奖惩管理系统支撑企业的竞争战略,帮助员工获得喜悦。然而,年终奖激励的双效特性,不仅考验着企业家们的智慧,也业已成为管理学和信息经济学研究的课题。

Abstract:With the rapid development of intellectual economy,year-end reward as an incentive mechanism in contemporary enterprises,is more and more specific in character and accords with the demands of market.This reward puts emphasis on staff's share of joys and sorrows and on the way for the strategic objectives.The management system of rewards and punishments should be taken for an important measure at the strategic level to help enterprises to realize their goals and the staff to enjoy their successes.But year-end reward has effect in two ways,which tests the administrators on their wisdom,and has been a scientific research in economic management and informational economics.
