| 摘 要： | 民营企业自主创新在企业创新中具有举足轻重的作用，本文主要从江苏民营企业现状、民营企业自主创新过程中存在的主要问题等方面进行分析和说明，并有针对性地对如何促进民营企业自主创新问题提出了加速科技基础平台，共享体系建设；支持民营企业成为技术创新的主体；大力推动集成创新；加强引进技术的消化吸收、技术开发和再创新；强化科技投入机制，增加科技经费投入；完善多元化创新投入体系，促进科技型民营企业发展；加大人才资源投入等对策。

| Abstract: | The autonomous innovation plays a decisive role in the private enterprise. This paper illustrates and analyzes the present situation of the private enterprises in Jiangsu province and the main problems in their autonomous innovation. In order to promote autonomous innovation, it puts forward the ways to build technology-basis-accelerating joint-platform system, to support the private enterprises as the main body to propel integrated innovation, to strengthen the exporting, absorbing, developing of technology and the growing mechanism of technological expenditure, and to increase the financial input for talent resources |
