摘    要:"戴尔"以其独特的直销模式创造了PC(个人计算机)行业的奇迹,但进入21世纪以来,由于市场竞争日益激烈,加之自身的一些原因,"戴尔"近年来在一些区域市场的销售额呈现下滑趋势,公司市值不断缩水,应从研发、分销渠道、内部管理等多方面入手尽快扭转其不利局面,恢复市场地位.

Abstract:The DELL company creates the miracle of PC industry by its special direct sale model.But since entering the 21 century,the sales amount of DELL is decreasing in some regional market due to the increasingly fierce market competition and their own reasons.The company market value is increasingly shrink.They should change this disadvantage situation from the research and development,distribution channel and inner management,and recover the market situation.
