| 摘 要： | A sustainable core-competitiveness has survive in a knowledge-based economic environment. been what a corporation must try to achieve if it is to That the entire corporation can achieve its sustainable core-competitiveness is to rely on the operation of the intellectual capital, a wholly new mode of management, in addition to using and restructuring its present human, structural and market capitals available. Knowledge distribution-based organizational innovations in a corporation will result in the overall improvement of the corporation＇s organizational functions and the sharpening of its sensitivity about knowledge, which in turn, will guarantee the sound performance of the intellectual capital operation. In this paper, the author explores the basic aspects concerning the organizational changes in an intellectual capital operation-oriented corporation.
