| 摘 要： | 以美国的农业推广体制为例，研究其对推进我国农业推广体系发展的积极作用。我国的农业技术推广工作比较落后，应借鉴国外的先进推广经验，加大农业科研、教育、推广的结合力度，力争使农业推广领域向综合性、全方位发展，同时加大政府和非政府部门的资金投入，精练农业推广队伍，提高推广人员素质。

| Abstract: | According to the example of agricultural extension system of American, study its active function to our country's agricultural development. Because the extension work of agricultural technology still drop behind ,we must learn advance extension experience , strennthen the combination of agricultural research, education and extension.Developing the agricultural extension fields in all direction. At the same time, raising more capital both governmental and non-governmental sectors, perfecting and training the extension staff to improve their working level. |
