| Abstract: | Several relationship issues during the water resources development those necessary to be considered and dealt with are expatiated herein from the six aspects， such as concepts and measures of water control， flood control and utilizable benefit， various types of rivers， water resources development and water saving， engineering measures and non-engineering measures， project construction and eco-environment， etc.， so as to provide some new ideas and development directions for the sustainable development of water resources. |
