沉井基础上闸底板施工期温度仿真分析

摘    要:分别采用冷却水管直接算法和等效算法对沉井基础上的闸底板结构施工期温度场进行仿真分析。通过对比施工期闸底板温度场分布及关键部位温度变化过程,证明两种算法均可用于模拟水管的冷却作用。冷却水管直接算法由于精细地模拟了闸底板中的冷却水管分布,能够更真实地能反映水管周边剧烈的温度梯度变化,更符合实际情况,值得推广应用。

Abstract:The equivalent algorithm and the direct algorithm are respectively adopted for the simulation analysis on the temperature field of the sluice floor slab on the sunk shaft foundation during the construction. Through the comparison made between the distribution of the temperature field of the sluice floor slab during construction and the temperature changing processes of the key locations,it is demonstrated that both the algorithms can be applied to simulate the cooling pipe effect. As the cooling water pipe distribution is accurately simulated by the direct algorithm for the cooling water pipe,the radical change of the temperature gradient around the cooling water pipe can be more truly reflected by it,which is more tally with the reality,and then it is valuable to be popularized and applied.
