北疆供水工程大型渠道机械化施工技术的应用

摘    要:北疆供水工程渠道混凝土衬砌采用机械化施工,在自然环境恶劣的情况下,既要满足工程进度的要求,又要保证工程质量成为工程建设的难题。在施工过程中,通过自主与合作研发、引进新技术的方式,实现了由劳动密集型的生产方式向大型机械化施工的转变,走出一条从渠床基础处理到养护一体化、完整的混凝土衬砌机械化作业组合的新路。

Abstract:The mechanized construction is adopted for the concrete lining of the channel of the North Xinjiang water supply project; for which the problem of the construction is that not only the requirement of the construction progress must be satisfied,but the construction quality of the project must also be ensured. During the construction,the transformation of labour intensive construction to large mechanized construction is realized through the self and cooperative developments as well as the mode of relevant technical introduction concerned,and then a new way of an integrated and completed mechanized consruction of the concrete lining from the foundation treatment of the channel to the lining concrete curing is created.
