摘    要:本文阐述了堆石坝各分区的质量控制标准,即:在大坝填筑前根据堆石坝各分区质量控制标准,通过生产性试验确定装料、运输、铺料方式及铺筑厚度、碾压机械和行走速度、碾压遍数等控制参数。在满足质量控制标准的前提下,制定各填筑分区经济合理的碾压参数以及分区质量控制措施。最后通过对堆石坝施工过程中粘土心墙的压实度、干密度、最优含水量,反滤料和过渡料的粒径及级配,堆石料的干密度、孔隙率等项目进行检测,评价堆石坝的填筑质量。

Abstract:The standards for quality control of all the zones of rockfill dam are expatiated herein, i.e. the modes of loading, transporting and placing of the filling materials and the control parameters such as placing thickness, traveling speed of rolling machinery, rolling numbers, etc. are to be determined through the relevant productive experiment carried out before the filling construction of the dam. Furthermore, the economical and reasonable rolling parameters and the zoning quality control measures are to be made under the premise to meet the quality control standards. Finally, the filling quality of the whole rockfill dam is to be assessed through the test and detection made on the items of the compacted degree, dry density, optimal water content of the clay core-wall and the particle size and gradation of both the filter materials and the transition materials as well as the dry density and porosity of the rockfill materials.
