摘    要:外语学习者存在着多种个体差异,直接影响到他们的外语学习.因此外语教师必须重视学习者的个体差异因素,特别是语言学习能力与认知方式的个体差异,因材施教,从而提高教学与学习效率.只有这样,外语教学才能逐步实现从以教师为中心向以学生为中心的转变.

Abstract:Foreign language learners have a variety of individual differences,which affect their foreign language studies considerably. So the teachers should attach great importance to the individual difference factors of the students,especially the difference of language aptitude and cognitive style,in order to carry out teaching more effectively,the foreign language teaching and studies can be carried out more efficiently. Only in this way can foreign language teaching see a gradual shift from teacher-dominated to student-centered teaching methodology.
