| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会的基本特征是一个各尽其能，充满创造活力；尊重人民诉求；各得其所；和谐相处；共生共进的社会。社会主义和谐社会的构建必须以科学发展观为统领；以促进人的全面发展为基础：以市场取向的改革为动力；以实现社会公正和国家长治久安为着力点。积极构建社会主义和谐社会，对于开创中国特色的社会主义现代化事业具有重大的现实意义与深远的历史意义。

| Abstract: | The basic features of socialism harmonious society means that it adapts to different people's capability,it full of active energy;it respects people's requirements;it helps people take their respective posts and get along with each other harmoniously,it is an inter-dependent society.Socialism harmonious society's construction must emphasis scien-tific development idea;take human's full development as a basis;take market-orientation as drive of reform;and take social equality and nation's stability as controlling handle.It is of great practice and historical meaning that to the initi-ation of socialist modernization with Chinese features. |
