WT0体制下行业协会的应对策略——以反倾销为例

加入WTO，对我国政府尤其是传统的以政府为主体的行业管理体制，提出了严峻的挑战。未来的产业治理，是政府、市场、企业间非正式组织、行业协会等各种治理机制相互合作、替代和补充的一种治理结构。在WTO体制下，行业协会对保障国内产业安全将起越来越重要的作用。本文以反倾销为例，从全球贸易一体化出发，就行业协会的功能扩展、行业协会的现有功能及其障碍、今后行业协会的应对策略等问题进行了深入研究。

Associations'''' Strategy under WTO System

Acceding to WTO has challenged severely China'government and the traditional systems of sections management mainly by government.The industries governance in future,is a governance structure in which some governance mechanisms,such as government,market,companies,companies alliances and associations cooperate,compete and supplement mutually.Under WTO system,associations will play a more and more important role in protecting the safety of country industries.With the anti-dumping case in this paper, we will from the globalization point analyses the issues concerning expansion of association functions, it's performance at present and it's strategy in the future.
