| 中国社会养老保险体制转变的经济根源 |

| 摘 要： | 中国经济在迅速发展的同时,没有做到同步调整相应的社会保障体制,没有及时构建健全的社会保障制度。从经济学的角度进行分析,中国社会养老保险体制根本性转变的目标应该是"效率优先,兼顾公平";促使社会养老保险体制转变的经济根源,是整个社会福利的最大化,从而使我国社会步入和谐发展的最优轨道。

| Abstract: | Although China's economy is rapidly developing,relevant social insurance system doesn't synchronously adjust and perfect social insurance system doesn't construct accordingly.From the perspective of economics,the aim of total change of Chinese social endowment insurance system is "efficiency priority and balance fairness".The economic source of promoting this change is the maximum of social welfare,which helps Chinese society enter into the optimal channel of harmonious development. |
