对引发群体性事件发生的政治心理学分析

近年来,我国社会群体性事件的发生呈直线上升趋势,严重影响了社会和谐和政治稳定。而群体性事件的发生是有多方面原因的。从政治心理学的角度来看,利益意识觉醒与被剥夺心理和不满情绪的并存、基层干部的不作为心态和群众＂讲理＂不＂讲法＂心态的二元化以及集体行动的＂易感性＂和＂去责任性＂是导致当前群体性事件频发的主要原因。因此,应尽快建立和完善公平、公正的利益分配机制和畅通利益表达机制;改革干部升迁考核制度,使基层政权合法化;提高公民的法律意识和权利意识,使民众的行为更加理性。

In recent years,the appearance of mass incidents in china presents an upward tendency in a straight line,has made a serious impact on social harmony and political stability.And there are many reasons for the appearance of mass incidents.At the political psychology angle,the coexistence of the awakening of awareness of the benefits,the psychology of being deprived and the mood of discontent,the mentality of omission in the cadres at the grass-roots level and the masses as the mentality of ＂reasonable＂ but no ＂argument＂,as well as the ＂susceptibility＂ and ＂dis-accountability＂ of the collective action,these are the main reason for the frequency of the incidents.Therefore,we should establish and improve the fair and equitable benefit distribution mechanism and smooth the interest articulation mechanism;reform the cadre promotion and evaluation system,legitimize political power at the grass-roots level;improve the legal awareness and rights awareness of citizens,so people are not blind,and more rational behavior.
