基于顾客价值创新的企业战略机制研究

摘    要:近年来,企业间竞争出现产品或服务、营销手段等的同质化,造成产品销售额的下降,造成企业利润的下降。而与此同时,随着环境因素的剧烈变化,企业面临着日益强烈的供给过剩、顾客需求持续变化等不确定因素,企业发展面临新的瓶颈。首先,分析了顾客价值创新战略对企业发展具有的重要作用;其次,阐述了在进行顾客价值创新战略时应该注意的问题;最后,分析了关于顾客价值创新战略的动态管理。

Abstract:In recent years, Competition between enterprises in products or services, marketing tools, such as the homogenization of, Caused the decline in product sales and corporate profits. At the same time, Enterprises are facing an increasingly strong sense of excess supply, changes in customer demand and other uncertainties with the dramatic changes in environmental factors. Enterprise development are facing new bottlenecks. This paper analysed first strategy based on customer value innovation had an important role for enterprise development, followed in customer value on innovative strategies should pay attention to the issue, the final active management on the customer value innovation strategy.
