| 摘 要： | 财务风险具有模糊性和复杂性,它受到财务和非财务等多种因素的影响。本文结合财务指标和非财务指标体系,借助于模糊数学构建了综合模糊预测模型,以有效预测企业的财务风险。同时,运用专家评分法和模糊优先关系排序决策法进行了指标的有效选择。

| Abstract: | Financial risk has been affected by financial factors and nonfinancial factors and it has fuzziness and complexity. This paper builds an integrated fuzzy alert model on the base of fuzzy math in order to forecast business financial risk. At the same time, the way of expert grading and fuzzy ordering can find the good factors effectively. |
