摘    要:以创新生命周期、创新要素、创新能力、创新协同度为维度,构建主流与新流创新的四维理论模型,剖析主流与新流创新要素演进规律,阐释创新要素优化配置方式。开展多案例实证研究,总结和提炼中国企业主流与新流创新要素优化配置规律与启示。结果表明:①创新能力、要素适宜度、创新协同度的变化与创新生命周期演进趋势基本一致;②企业要素优化配置方向是充分挖掘创新潜力、提升要素适宜度,从而确保创新活动达到优化状态;③企业可综合采取适应型、协同型和更替型要素配置方式,促进主流与新流协同发展,实现最高创新能力水平和最优创新绩效。

Research on the Optimization of Mainstream & New Stream Innovation Elements Based on Four Dimensional Theory Model
Abstract:A four dimensional theory model of mainstream & newstream innovation is constructed taking innovation lifecycle, innovation elements, innovation ability, and innovation synergy degree as dimensions. Mainstream & newstream innovation elements evolution rules are analyzed and the optimal allocation modes are explained. Also this paper employs multi case study methods to summarize the rules of optimal allocation in Chinese firms. The results show that: ①the trend of innovation capability, factor appropriate degree, and innovation synergy degree with the evolution of innovation life cycle are basically the same; ②the direction of optimal element allocation is to fully exploit the innovation potential, upgrade the factor appropriate degree, so as to ensure innovation activities to achieve the optimal state;③the enterprise can take a comprehensive use of adaptive mode, collaborative mode and alternate mode to promote the synergy of mainstream & newstream innovation, and finally realizing the highest innovation ability and innovation performance.
