创造性反馈环境的构念开发、验证与对比研究

摘    要:员工创造性绩效是企业创新的源泉,营造有利于创造性绩效产生的创造性反馈环境能够使企业获得竞争优势。基于扎根理论方法开发中国情境下创造性反馈环境内容结构,运用量化研究方法开发的测量量表包含领导创造性反馈环境和同事创造性反馈环境两个维度,利用验证性因素分析验证发现,创造性反馈环境的一阶二维度构念最优,量表具有良好的信效度。经对比发现,创新型企业员工感知到的创造性反馈环境及其各维度显著高于非创新型企业,创造性反馈环境较反馈环境对创造性绩效影响更大。

The Effect of Institutional Investors on the Performance of New Ventures:a Moderated Mediation Model
Abstract:The employee's creative performance is the main source of promoting innovation, and shaping creative feedback environment can induce creative performance and get competitive advantage of enterprises.On the basis of the method of taking root theory, the first study develops the multi dimension conception of creative feedback environment in China context.The second study is to compile a measurement table of the creative feedback environment which include supervisor and coworker creative feedback environment.By means of the factor analysis, of the nature of test, the second study tests and verifies the best of the two dimension conception of the creative feedback environment and the reliability and validity of the scale are good.By comparison study, creative feedback environment perceived by employee works in an innovative enterprise is significantly better than who works another enterprise and the effect of creative feedback environment on creative performance is significantly more than feedback environment's effect.
