政府采购、融资约束与企业创新

基于2012年世界银行中国企业微观调查数据，研究了政府采购、融资约束对我国企业创新的影响。结果发现，融资约束制约了我国企业创新活动，政府采购一定程度上对企业创新有推动作用，并且以融资约束作为中介变量对企业创新产生影响。考虑内生性问题后，上述结论依然成立。因此，完善政府采购支持企业创新配套政策，引导金融资本与企业创新对接，对加快我国企业自主创新步伐具有重要现实意义。

Government Procurement， Financing Constraints and Enterprise Innovation

Based on the 2012 World Bank China enterprise micro survey data, this paper studies the impact of government procurement and financing constraints on enterprise innovation in China. The results show that the financing constraints restrict the enterprise innovation activities,and the government procurement can promote the enterprise innovation,it takes financing constraint as intermediary variable to influence enterprise innovation.After considering the endogeneity problem,the above conclusion remains true.Therefore,we should perfect the supporting policies for government procurement to support enterprise innovation,guide the docking of financial capital and enterprise innovation,and it has important practical guiding significance to speed up the pace of independent innovation of enterprises in China.
