高新技术产业协同创新系统建模与仿真

摘    要:高新技术产业是推动国民经济发展的主要力量,创新在推动高新技术产业发展中的重要作用愈来愈凸显。根据高新技术产业在国民经济发展中的重要性,基于协同学理论,建立了高新技术产业协同创新系统的创新实体和创新环境子系统,确定了高新技术产业协同创新系统的影响因素,给出了高新技术产业协同创新系统因果关系和系统流图。在此基础上,构建了高新技术产业协同创新系统仿真模型,设计了5种动态仿真实验方案,并结合近6年京津冀地区高新技术产业的相关统计数据,运用Vensim软件进行了仿真。根据仿真结果,提出了提高高新技术产业协同创新能力的对策。

Modeling and Simulation of Collaborative Innovation System of High tech Industry
Abstract:High tech industry has become the main force to promote economic development. As the main power to improve the development of high tech industry, innovation is more and more important. In this paper, based on the importance of high tech industry in economic development and theory of synergetics, the structure of the high tech industry collaborative innovation system have been analyzed, through which the innovation entity subsystem and innovation environment subsystem have been recognized. After the influencing factors have been analyzed, casual loop diagram and system flow chart have been drawn. With Jing Jin Ji as the example, five simulating schemes have been designed using the software of Vensim. According to the results of simulation, some countermeasures to improve the collaborative innovation ability have been put forward.
