| 摘 要： | 低碳经济与“两型社会”既有区别又有内在关联性.为了推进山东省临沂市的资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设,可以通过开发利用可再生能源、提高能源效率、制定低碳政策、树立低碳观念、建设低碳城市等多项举措推加以实施.

| Abstract: | Low carbon economy and "two type society" are both different and relevant.In order to help the building the resource conservation and environment friendly society,some measures can be carried out,such as the utilization of renewable energy,improving energy efficiency,constituting low carbon policies、establishing the low carbon concept and building the low carbon city. |
