| 摘 要： | 以湖南地区14家银行机构的职员为调查对象,实证分析了银行职员对碳金融的认知度及其影响因素。研究结果显示：受访者获取碳金融信息的渠道有待完善,银行职员对碳金融的了解相当有限;学历、工作部门、职务和职称是影响银行职员碳金融认知度的主要个性特征因素。因此,银行机构要加大对碳金融知识的宣传和培训,政府部门应推行积极而又不失稳妥的政策,共同逐步推进碳金融的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the investigation of bank clerks from 14 banks in Hunan province to realize the clerks＇ recognition of low carbon finance by empirical analysis. The result shows that clerks know a little about low carbon finance, and it also shows that education level, department, position and rifle have an important influence on their cognition of low carbon finance. So the government should expend huge effort in propaganda and training, and take some sound policies to promote development of carbon finance |
