基于ASD成长模型的我国企业领导力探析

摘    要:运用ASD成长模型对我国企业领导力的现状分析表明,我国企业领导力在适应阶段存在领导力培养的战略规划不足、在选择阶段存在架构创新匮乏、发展阶段存在文化塑造缺失等问题。根据影响企业领导力形成的文化因素、市场因素、内部因素和团队因素,应通过重塑企业领导的领导理念,在培训、工作情景、核心团队成长和绩效考核中提升企业领导力。

Analysis on China' s Corporate Leadership Based on ASD Growth Model

Abstract:Analysis on China's corporate leadership using ASD growth model shows that our corporate leadership is lack of strategic planning in the adaptation stage, lack of architectural innovation in the selection stage, lack of culture shape in the development stage and other problems. According to cultural factors, market factors, internal factors and team factors which are affect the corporate leadership formation, we should reshape the leadership concept of business leaders, and enhance leadership through the training, work scenarios , the growth of the core team and performance appraisaL
