西部农民工返乡创业研究：基于SWOT分析法角度

农民工返乡创业是指农民工对劳务输入地和输出地创业成本和收益对比后做出的一种理性选择。通过运用SWOT分析法对西部地区返乡创业农民工的内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁进行逐一分析,给出西部返乡农民工创业的四种可供选择的战略组合,即优势—机会（SO）战略、劣势—机会（WO）战略、优势—威胁（ST）战略、劣势—威胁（WT）战略。返乡农民工整体的创业思路应该是＂扬长避短,抓住机遇,规避风险＂,西部各级地方政府应制定政策创造良好的外部环境促进返乡农民工创业。

The Entrepreneurship Research of Returning Western Migrant Workers Based on SWOT Analysis

The entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers refers to a rational choice which is made by the comparison of costs and benefits of labor input and output of migrant workers in all kinds of business. With using SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the internal strengths, weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats of western migrant workers＇ entrepreneurship. Based on the former analysis, it provides four combinations of alternative strategies for western migrant workers＇entrepreneurship, and namely including advantage and opportunity （SO） strategy, weaknesses and opportunities （WO） strategy, advantage and threat （ST） strategy, weaknesses and threat （WT） strategy. The overall entrepreneurial ideas should be ＂ seize opportunities and avoid risks＂ . At the same time, local governments in the west should develop policies to create a favorable external environment to promote the entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers.
