| 摘 要： | 1999～2006年中国纺织业的外商直接投资和国内资本形成存在相同的变动趋势。理论分析认为,不同来源地的外商直接投资和国内企业有不同的产业关联度,所以会产生不同的挤入效应。从纺织业的产业层面,本文发现1999～2006年外商直接投对中国国内资本形成不存在挤入效应。但是按不同来源地进行划分的经验分析结论是,港澳台外商直接投资对国内资本形成不存在挤入效应,其他来源地的外商直接投资总体上存在挤入效应。
