市场导向的影响因素分析——以重庆市制造企业为例

摘    要:本文以重庆市制造企业为研究样本,对影响市场导向程度的因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,市场导向和高层领导的强调、企业报酬制度的导向呈正相关关系;市场导向和企业的规范化程度、集权化程度呈负相关关系;企业的规模对市场导向程度没有显著影响;非国有企业的市场导向程度比国有企业的市场导向程度更高。

Abstract:The sample of this study contains 104 companies of manufacturing industry in ChongQing, In this paper, the antecedents to market orientation have been examined, Our findings suggest that top management emphasis and reward system orientation can motivate one company to take market orientation. But formalization and centralizations can prevent one company to take market orientation. The market orientation level of state - owned firm is high than that of non-state-owned firm. In addition, no evidence suggests that firm scale has effect on market orientation level.
