| 摘 要： | 建设工程项目目标的控制是贯穿项目的整个建设过程。重视控制过程的程序和内容 ,采取有效措施将项目目标控制在计划之内 ,并应用主动控制和被动控制的方式 ,使项目达到预期的目标。
