摘    要:本文在分析中小企业电子商务的特征及金融危机对中小企业的影响的基础上,探索后金融危机时代我国中小企业电子商务该如何发展,并提出相应的应对措施,对推动我国未来经济发展具有重要的实践意义和战略意义。

Abstract:With more than 30 years of the development of reform and opening, small and medium-sized enter- prises, accounting for 99% of the total number of national enterprises, have already played an important part in pro- moting China's economic and social development and in activating the market apart from becoming the major suste- nance of development of large enterprises and a critical embodiment of economic vitality. However, global financial crisis has a great impact on them and many companies suspend production. Based on the analysis of the characteris- tics of E-commerce and the impact of financial crisis on these enterprises, this paper explores how to develop their E-commerce in the post-financial crisis era and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, which are of great practical and strategic significance in promoting the future economic development of China.
