| 摘 要： | 新世纪的竞争已不仅仅是企业之间的个体竞争,尤其是实力相对单薄的小微企业,将竞争对手转化为合作伙伴,加强企业价值链管理,进而实现互利共赢,是小微企业破解当前钱荒现象,走出经营困境的新途径新模式。文章从当前小微企业资金现状和主要融资渠道展开分析,阐述了价值链管理与小微企业经营管理的创新思路,力争通过创新价值链管理,缓解小微企业资金困境,寻求更加科学发展之路。
