| 摘 要： | 高校工作的特殊性以及高校改革的要求,决定了高校工会工作不同于其他产业工会,对工会干部也提出了不同的要求。提升高校工会干部能力与素质,要结合高校工会工作对象、工作内容、工作环境等,着眼于效果,抓住＂源头＂、＂培养＂、＂培训＂、＂考核＂等四个关键词,针对性地进行。

| Abstract: | The particularity of trade unions and the requirements for reform in colleges and universities make their trade unions different from those in industries, which brings forward different requirements for union cadres. To improve their quality and ability, the work of trade unions should be focused on their origin, cultivation, training and assessment in combination with the objects, contents and environment of trade unions. |
